Objective

To develop and execute a strategic Public Relations and Leak Mitigation Campaign aimed at supporting GCB Bank's efforts to raise GHS 500,000 in capital while preserving public trust and ensuring stakeholder alignment.

A multi-faceted communication approach was adopted; anchored in a comprehensive needs assessment, stakeholder engagement, and media control. The strategy combined proactive media relations, and targeted events to build confidence in the capital-raising process while minimizing the risk of information leaks and negative public perception.
